Codex or Claude Code: What do the developers recommend?

I’m looking to settle on one primary AI coding agent and I’m torn between OpenAI Codex and Claude Code. I’ve seen conflicting takes on which is better for actual "agentic" engineering versus just being a fancy autocomplete.

To give some context on my setup, my primary stack is TypeScript and React. My primary environment is VS Code and Cursor. Mainly working with microservices focused on refactoring complex logic. Appreciate any advice.

My PC keeps restarting! Help!

Recently I changed my flat and moved to a new location. Transported my PC. It was a short travel and I was in the car. I can assure no major or fatal shakes were encountered during the transport.

Now, coming to topic. Connected my PC last night and booted it.
It kept on restarting on boot itself.

Let me give you exact details....

Switch on power button-->

PSU is on, fan moving
Cabinet fans moving
MOBO light is on
Initial POST code is 90

Within 3 sec. it changes code to 99 and restarts
In this duration power did not come to my KBD and Mouse (using Razor Cyclosa and they have a blue LED which obviously lights on if power is on)

My guess is
1>the PC is not getting enough power.
Its normal plug point. Should I try a high AMP power soket?

2>The CMOS battery is the culprit.
Any way to check?

3>The PSU itself is gone.
But is was working perfectly even two weeks back!

b/w no beeps were heard though in this whole time.

Any lead guys? I'm at a loss what to look for.

I have just signed up on this forum to take buying advice from experts.

I want to buy a new smartphone as my current Karbonn A12 got wet and now switching off within 2/3 hours after charging full. I got estimate of Rs.5000 from Karbonn service center so new phone is only option.

I have budget of Rs.6000 and I want to buy a phone with

• Android is Must

• good camera with good flash (especially for quick snaps of documents without blurring). Also to take snaps of kids below 5 years. so a quick click is must and clear documents is also must for me.

• good processing power / ram at least 2 GB

• average and above for gaming but good for ebooks and newspaper

• Average of above in case of music (no bad quality)

• service center facility in pune

• no requirement of good design, I can use it although if it looks like landline or even unshaped stone.

• no huge memory requirement 4 ot 8 gb is fine

• NO bad reputation.. like xiomi (hangs, heats quickly, camera shows slow preview, no service center etc)

• NO hanging problems
