I found a laptop around Rs. 75,000 but the charger alone is making me rethink portability

The laptop is light enough. Carrying everything with it is another story.

Does anyone else carry their laptop charger everywhere even when the battery is good

I know my laptop can last several hours but I still feel safer carrying the charger. It has basically become part of my laptop bag.

Why are laptops getting thinner but chargers bigger?

The laptop itself is super light but the charger feels like a brick. Kind of defeats the point for travel.

Does the 4800mAh battery feel enough for a full day?

The 4800mAh battery in the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 provides 26 hours of continuous playback. With a mix of various tasks like messaging, calling, social media, browsing, etc the phone can handle a full day. But with prolonged and intensive tasks like long gaming sessions or streaming sessions, this can push the battery harder. Do you feel 4800mAh is enough to last a full day without reaching for the charger?

I carry my laptop to the office every day, and the weight is becoming more annoying than the specs.

The laptop works well, but carrying it along with the charger every day is not very comfortable.

Are ARM-based Windows laptops good enough for office work?

I want a new Windows laptop that is affordable and easy to take anywhere I go. I don’t want to carry my charger along with the laptop. So, I’m looking for a high-power, efficient one. Being a developer in the IT office, I heard about ARM-based processors built in laptop. Are these laptops helpful in increasing productivity and efficiency with AI workloads?

Is 120W fast charging safe for long-term battery health?

My father is always on the phone and scrolling reels till midnight. He doesn’t care about battery life. I worry sometimes, and he charges his phone with a 120-watt charger. This feels risky to me. Can I have some smarter tips on charging mobile phones with a 120W and extending battery health, so that it doesn’t cause harm?

LeEco Le 1s Fast charging review

Being a gaming addict, I’ve often run out of charge on my
phone until I bought the new LeEco Le 1s smartphone. While the Le 1s is quite a
package for gaming in terms of it’s tech specs and overall build quality, it’s
fast charging capability is what attracts me the most.

The Le 1s comes with a dust-and-short circuit proof USB
Type-C charging port that allows higher data transfer rates and power delivery
capabilities in one multi-conductor port. Since the Type-C plugs are
reversible, they are a lot easier to plug in irrespective of the way you plug
them.

The built-in high density 3000mAh battery and 24W Fast
Charger allows me to get 3.5 hours of charge just by plugging in my phone for 5
minutes. As per the phone manual, the fast charging is apparently achieved by
its additional sealing and PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) protection in
between wires.

The Le 1s also has different battery saving modes. While the
‘Smart Power Saving’ mode controls vibration and network sync to limit unwanted
background activity, the ‘Super Power Saving’ mode limits dynamic visuals. The
third mode ‘Ultra-long Standby Time’ allows only basic applications such as
calling and messaging to run to save power.

In short, I can say that users can definitely rely on the Le
1s’ fast charger to provide the battery with adequate juice in a very short
time in order to keep the phone going even under adverse conditions.

Motherboard of Mi4i got damaged and I am not getting replacement now, suggest what should be the procedure to deal with this?

I bought a Mi4i cellphone from FLIPKART on 7th May 2015.
I bought the phone to gift my brother who visited me approx 25days after I purchased the cellphone. I checked the basic functionality of the phone when it was delivered to me, then the charger was working fine.
But afterwards my brother came up complaining that the phone is not charging(when the battery completely drained out). I visited the nearest service centre and they said that some "Hardware is missing" from the device.

I had visited the service center and called multipe times to MI call center for my issue. But they failed to provide me proper solution. Customer Service team also guaranteed me to drop a mail explaining the issues I am facing. I am frustated with the service provided and feeling cheated.

Flipkart official are out of this saying they have 1 month replacement policy which has lapsed. I have heard of GREY MARKETING in flipkart and now I am sure of it.
