Planning to buy a new smartphone in the 5000K-7000K range? Any recommendations

I am planning to buy a new smartphone in the 5000K-7000K range. Should have good battery life and front facing camera. Also should have good GPS since my current phone has lot of problems in GPS locking and hence unable to use applications like google maps, etc.
