I BOUGHT A SAMSUNG 50" LED TV UA 505570 in NOV 2015. THE TV IS A NEW MODEL LAUNCHED NEAR DIWALI IN 2015. IT HAS DEFECTIVE HDMI PORTS WHICH REQUIRE REPLACEMENT OF MOTHERBOARD. THE CO. REFUSES TO REPLACE THE TV WITH SUCH A MAJOR FAULT WHICH INDICATES VERY POOR QUALITY CONTROL. SAME WAS PALMED TO A CUSTOMER LIKE ME WHO BELIEVED WRONGLY IN THE SAMSUNG BRAND. CAUTION TO ALL. Boot logo related in samsung led tv
Hi. I recently got the display panel changed to my Samsung Led TV Model UA32D4000 of 2011. The TV is perfect, but the boot logo "SAMSUNG" is showing reverse image. The Boot logo option in remote menu is only to on or off. There is no option to set the logo to correct position. Please help.
