OnePlus vs Nexus 5x

I have a budget of around 30k and I have narrowed it down to 2 phones. Nexus 5x or oneplus 3 , but I am really confused which one to go for. Any help would be appreciated in this

Samsung Google Nexus N3

We purchased a Samsung Google Nexus N3 in Austaralia in 2012 and it was used first in India then in Sweden, Finland, Poland before in dec 2015 the device crashed. Now back in Chennai, India, we have revived it by loading factory default software . However the battery is dying and I am unable to find a replacement.the reason for buying Samsung Google was its global brand image. Though all Samsung Galaxy batteries are same dimensions and similar specifications, the grooves on the battery peripheral lack plastic ends are very different. Short of flying to Austarlia, how can I source this battery, even online if required?

My Nexus 5 Crashed because of Lollipop 5.0.1

I've had a rather bad experience with the Nexus 5 in the last few days. The 5.0.1 update crashed my phone and now, i'm not even able to get into the bootloader menu. When I took it to an authorized service centre, they said i'd have to replace the motherboard at my expense. I asked who i can contact about it, they said Google.
When i called google, they told me that since i didn't buy the phone on the play store, they can't help. Now that doesn't make sense to me. It is a Google phone. And the operating system, made by Google, is what messed up my phone. Why aren't they taking responsibility for it? How can they choose what phones can be repaired and what can't? Have they suddenly become elitist like Apple? I asked around and many of my friends and their friends have also faced similar problems.
I went to the Nexus forums, and found the same. Has anybody here had similar experiences?

IPhone 6 Plus Vs Nexus 6 Vs Note 4

I am planning to buy a phablet (Already have Note 1) but I am confused between Iphone 6 plus, Nexus 6 and Note 4. Please advise which one is better. I am looking for a phone which does not lag, Has a good Camera (not decent), gives me one or one + half day of battery life (moderate use I do not use Internet for the whole day).

i am purchasing a new mobile within a week but confused which one to purchase since i will be using the mobile mainly in australia..the main features i am looking for is atleast 2gb ram,32 gb internal,sd support(not necessary),good battery life,decent camera,features,looks,easy portability.
1. moto x(2nd gen) 32gb
2.nexus 5(32gb)-this maybe a good option although it is older
3.lg g2
