Sony xperia Z1, Desire 820, Note 3 neo, nexus 5, Galaxy s4, one plus one, mi4 all of these are good phones.....decide on the base of ur requirements.

If you are OK with 5.5 Inches screen, then you can go for One Plus One, HTC Desire 820, Note 3 Neo
If you are looking at 5 Inches screen, then you can look for Nexus 5, Galaxy Alpha, Sony xperia Z1.
You should also consider following
1. 4G connectivity - As you are investing 25K, you would like your phone to be future proof. Mi 4, Note 3 Neo, Z1 etc does not support LTE2300 (currently used in India)
2. Expandable Memory - For phones that have 64 GB, this might not be relevant. But for others like Galaxy Alpha that does not have expandable storage, it can be an issue
3. Full HD vs HD screens: Full HD screens are more crisp and give better user experience. Full HD screen on 5.5 inch display should be preferred over HD screen.

I recommend you go for either One Plus One or Sony Xperia Z1 based on your liking for screen size. Z1 has better camera and is water and dust resistant. One Plus One has bigger screen and packs more power.
