Hello everyone, I wish to buy Xiaomi Redmi 2 Prime but seeing the customer reviews i couldn't decide it and confused a little bit. So many has posted complaints regarding Microphone issue. My question is, Does the issue can be solved? So how is the Hardware quality now because of the certain issues?Is it advisable and worth to buy this phone? Intex is one of the worst companies in India which aims to become big internationally. But for an 'internatioa company ' handling of complaints and service is very poor. NDTV had recently had promoted and many went gaga over a sub 8000 octa core phone. I purchased one from an reliance digital outlet one of the many dotting the courntry trying to bring cheap phones and making available all the phones at affordable prices. I was cheatedt into buying a phone intex octa i5 but i forgot one important thing and i am still learning the lesson. THis phone didnot have a microphone an important component of any phone. I give it for service at the authorised service centre because i discovered this deficiency after 10 days. The phone was purchased on 20 april and it was handed over to for service 30 april 2015. And I dont know when I will see the phone again. I am getting prepared to receive the minus microphone dud octa i5 phone. Beware before you buy promoted products. Quality Assurance is the latest casualty in this race to the .top.
