Hello everyone,
I had worst experience with snapdeal today. I ordered black Infocus M2 on 27th may. I got the delivery today on 2nd june. I received it from courier. I opened the box and got surprised. There was no phone in the box. The box contains only white colored charger. They took my 4999 rs and delivered me empty box with charger. Snapdeal is biggest cheater. Guys don't buy anything from snapdeal if you don't want to get in such conditions.

Delayed Refund of returned Products
I brought Samsung Z1 Gold 4GB on 9th May 2016. i Made the payment of Rs 4300 with my Credit Card.
On Delivery , as it was not the piece i wanted , i returned it back and customer care said that money will be refunded within 7-10 working days. its been 20 days and still the refund has not been processed . i am very upset with the gadget 360 service.
please look into the matter at earliest.
