I would stick to Xiaomi.

Good question to post here. If your priority is camera then i would recommend Samsung. Sony is also good but i have experienced Samsung Galaxy S6 as the best camera phone so far. Don't buy phones worth 30K you'll suffer yourself later. As the technology is getting old so fast you'll get bored very soon with your phone. Trust me I'd the same situation as well when I joined college. Well but you can still buy some phones whose hardware may get old but you might not feel bored because of the constant software updates.
