Would you buy an iPad with less storage just for the apps?

The iPad fits my budget only in the lower-storage variant, while a Samsung tablet offers more storage for less. I mostly use notes, PDFs and streaming apps.

If your files are mostly in the cloud, the lower storage might be fine.
