Why does my iPhone 17 dim the screen when it gets hot?

I live in Delhi, and my iPhone screen becomes almost unreadable because the phone dims itself to cool down. Is there any way to bypass this, or are we just stuck with outdoor-unfriendly phones during the summer?

This is actually safe for your iPhone, basically, by dimming the light, it is protecting the internal parts of the phone against rising temperatures. In hot conditions, this also prevents damage to the burning OLED screen. So, need not worry about this.
