WINDOWS Windows windows

 WINDOWS IS BETTER the personal os
 {windows not get hacked like other os}

because "android" and "ios" have a thousands of worst and malware software on pay store and app store
windows is different all personal,different experience on using store and apps on windows

 try this test

example
: search "scull candy" app on play store , you could get more than 2000+ apps and usually 1999 fake and listed as originals
: try it on windows store you will get results which original listed first and easy others are in books &reference , so easy so simple
: try it on app store you could get same as android

Android because it has a large amount of apps and games whereas windows have less amount of games and apps if you love to play. But android takes to much of battery consumption whereas windows don't. There are many other things in android whI have are not there in windows.
You should definitely go for android.

First of all majority of us use windows pc and laptops because we cannot afford Mac s if we could we would never buy windows. Windows phone is no exception it is the worst ecosystem available, kindly do not choose the worst, prefer android which on use you will understand why majority prefers it.
And nokia is good but made bad by windows so kindly be wise and choose note 3.

Note 3 is Android and Samsung recently pushed Lollipop update on it, so you will get a much better Apps environment (1.3 million apps) than Windows (500,000 apps) which is improving but still some time away to become as mature as the Android environment. You may not miss much apps in your day to day life but you will definitely miss a few and will find apps being made available on Android much faster than on Windows. From Hardware point of view I think they are evenly stacked and both have their own strengths.
Apps on Windows platform have been found to be less resource intensive and hence your device will remain snappy and will leave you with much more battery juice than Note 3. Also, you will get guaranteed Windows updates no matter how old your device is.
One advice from my side is it would be better if could look at devices which were launched in 2014 rather than end of 2013. Check out Nexus 6, HTC One M8 , Moto X2 and Lumia 830.
