What's Actually Changed in AI This Year vs What's Just Hype?
Feels like every week there's a new model, a new agent, a new "this changes everything" announcement. Some of it genuinely does change how people work. A lot of it doesn't move the needle much beyond a demo video.
Curious what people here think has actually been useful in practice versus what's mostly noise. Are you using AI tools differently than you were six months ago, or has the day to day stayed pretty similar despite all the announcements?
Would love to hear real experiences, not predictions.
