The Crypto Market Has a Confidence Problem, Not Just a Price Problem

Bitcoin’s recent weakness is being discussed alongside ETF outflows, security incidents and uncertainty around regulation. I think focusing entirely on price misses a bigger concern: investors are becoming increasingly selective about where they put their money. A market can recover from a correction, but rebuilding confidence after repeated security failures and regulatory uncertainty is much harder. The industry needs to demonstrate that it can protect capital and deliver sustainable products. What would bring genuine confidence back into the crypto market: stronger regulation, better security or institutional buying?
