TalkBack suddenly turned on in Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra, how do I turn it off?

Somehow TalkBack got enabled on my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra and now the phone is reading everything out loud. Even selecting things feels different because I have to tap twice. I am guessing I switched it on accidentally. How do I get the normal controls back?

I accidentally enabled it once too. It took me a minute to realise why every tap was being read aloud.

If you use the accessibility shortcut, check whether TalkBack was accidentally triggered from there. That's what happened to me

This sounds like TalkBack. Once it's on, the controls work differently, so don't worry if a normal tap isn't opening things
