Best feature phone with the following features

I am looking to buy a feature phone. I need to have the following features:
Dual SIM
Excellent call quality
Music
32gb memory card support.
Good battery.

I have smartphone but now looking for a feature phone alongwith it.
Please suggest which would be the best.
No Android/Social media/whatsapp etc necessary. Just a basic good looking, fully featured phone.

Changing whatsapp number!!!

Suppose I have two WhatsApp accounts. Account X in one android phone and Account Y in another android phone. Both, Account X and Y have some common friends and some common Groups. Also, Account X Chats with Account Y.

My question is that,
1. Can I change the WhatsApp number of Account X into Account Y by the change number feature of WhatsApp inandroid?
2.Would it be possible?
3.What will happen?
4.Is it safe or secure?
5.Does it harm myprivacy?
6. Do I need to worry if I do so?

I am too much confused about this. Please do a positive, appropriate reply.
I'm waiting for your response.
Thanks in advance.
