I purchased Sony Bravia KD-55X9000E in the year 2018. Just three years and last week the screen went black. When contacted service centre, they checked and confirmed that Mother Board has gone and is beyond repair, it needs to be replaced. and will cost around 10000/- Looks like substandard quality products are pushed into Indian market. Am sure this would not happen in the product of US market…. Very disappointed with Sony product. Please note that a dedicated UPS had been placed for the TV as it was an expensive TV. . I cannot recommend any of Sony products to anyone… This may not affect Sony’s reputation but this is what I will do…
