Once, I was rushing through the busy streets and captured a beautiful street view. I was not really impressed with the final photo I found a stray luggage piece that was annoying. Then I tried to remove it from the background using a generative editor and filled the background with beautiful natural scenery. The image looked real it did not have those weird watercolour smudges at all. It is nice to see such a level of editing on smartphones.
Extending backgrounds, reframing shots, and improving photos are just some of the new photo editing features that iPhone could finally get. Ironically, Android OEMs have provided such AI features for a couple of years now.
AI PCs are being marketed and are the next big thing. But are they truly worth the premium price? I’m curious to hear from users who’ve used AI-enabled laptops or desktops. Do they serve features such as real-time transcription, generative assistance, and optimisation tools? For tasks like content creation, photo or video editing, productivity, and multitasking, is the AI experience genuinely beneficial or just a marketing push? Is it worth on investing in an AI PC now or waiting?
