Network Defect in Lenovo Zuk Z1

I have purchased Lenovo ZUK Z1 online from amazon on 23-05-2016, It worked hardly a month.Thereafter instrument is not connecting with network,  So I have given the instrument at nearest Lenovo service center at SATYAM ELECTRONICS Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad dated 15-06-2016. My work order no. DSN/LO/16/00323.
Today (i.e. after one month) I called service center and call centre they said that it may take sometime to repair it however no fixed time.
 
It means you are taking 20 days to a month to repair a instrument. Is it not too long?
