As per your Sepecifications i will suggest you some good Brand Like xiaomi Redmi, Yu yuhoria, Micromax and Coolpad.

In Your Budget you can go for Micromax Q380 a good budget phone have a good camera quality, 1gb ram, 8gb internal, You can exceed external storage upto 32gb, A good battery backup but tempered glass is not so succesful

You can go for redmi 2 also a good phone with brand name xiaomi which all have above specifications or what you are required.

If you are buyin this online So i recommend you to see the phone first physically.

Or

You can visit some refurbished products site too they are brand new phone, for more info you can google about refurbished products. Some of the sites are Gobol, Togofogo, Overcart, Greendust, Bestbuy, Shopclues, Ebay, Homeshop18 etc etc

So choose your brand first and than cell phone.

Hey may be you don't know about refurbished phone you can go to Google and type there refurbished mobile site so you will find various link there in which you can see many good branded phones expect ASUS brand too,

Else you can go for simply micromax Q380 its a nice phone, you can go to the stores and look at phone physically first before buying it.
