All the Htc one phones are upgradable to android 5.0 also it has DLNA and miracast so it should support screen mirroring there is no nfc
Also suggest iphone 5s or sony xperia Z2 if its camera u seek.

@Neel: Thanks a lot for the advice. I have a Sony 40inch TV which has screen mirroring. Could you also tell me if HTC M8(eye) has screen mirroring or not?Also is it upgradable to Android lollipop?
