Is paying extra for a periscope camera actually worth it?

I’m comparing two phones around Rs.50–60k, and the more expensive one has a proper telephoto camera. I take portraits and travel photos more than anything else.

If you take lots of zoom shots, I’d consider it. Otherwise, save the money.
