Is a 120Hz TV actually worth paying extra for if I mostly watch movies and OTT content?

I am planning to upgrade my TV, and most of my usage is Netflix, YouTube and regular television. I keep seeing 120Hz panels being promoted, but I am not sure whether I will notice much difference.

For movies and OTT, a good 60Hz TV is usually enough. I would spend more on picture quality and HDR instead.
