iPad vs Samsung Galaxy Tab: which would you choose for handwritten notes and PDFs?

I need a tablet for reading long documents, marking PDFs and taking notes during meetings. Entertainment is a bonus, but I don't want to spend extra on features I won't use.

I'd compare the stylus experience and included accessories. Those can change the value quite a bit.
