How useful is the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra’s Horizontal Lock when recording while moving?

Samsung says Super Steady can detect the horizon and keep the frame level even when the camera rotates. I’m wondering if this is actually useful for walking videos, sports or travel clips
