How impressive is the 5,000mAh battery considering the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra is only 4.1mm unfolded?

Usually when foldables get thinner, I expect some compromise somewhere. The Ultra manages a 5,000mAh battery while reaching 4.1mm when unfolded, so I’m curious how Samsung has balanced the two.
