How can I make sure Google does not keep a permanent record of my conversations with Gemini?

There are times when I have random thoughts in the middle of the night (like 2 am), and I share these thoughts with Gemini. However, I am beginning to realise that there could be a lot of records of these random thoughts being stored somewhere. I want to know if they will just stay in my account forever. What do you think I should do?

You can think of Google as a friend who will never forget anything unless you manually tell it to clean its room. If you have "Keep Activity" turned on, all of your Gemini chats will be saved in your Google account. You can delete all activities simultaneously, for example, after an hour or a day, or select a custom period, or even delete a single embarrassing message as if you were trying to get rid of some evidence.
