Does USB 3.2 Gen 1 make transferring large videos from the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip8 reasonably quick?

The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip8 supports USB 3.2 Gen 1 through USB Type-C. I sometimes transfer photos and videos to my laptop, so I’m wondering if the wired connection is fast enough for larger files.
