Does anyone else turn the AC on and off because they don’t want to run it all night?

I usually get the room cold and then switch it off before sleeping. Not sure if everyone does this or just me.

I used to do this too, but then I’d wake up sweating and turn it back on lol. Now I just leave it on at a comfortable temperature.
