Do you actually use the touch controls on earbuds or keep pressing them by accident?

I like the idea of tap controls but somehow I keep pausing music while adjusting the earbuds. Starting to find them more annoying than useful.

I accidentally trigger mine all the time. At this point I mostly just use my phone controls.
