Buying advice for a android phone in the price range between 20k-30k

Plz suggest me a good android phone between the price range of 20k-30k.my onus is on a decent battery life a good UI and most importantly a good camera quality esp the selfies.. Pls suggest

Android One phones and Nexus phones are the only ones in the market with a guarantee that they will receive all latest OS upgrades from Google directly. Example: When Android M comes, Nexus and Android One will get them first. Other phones might not get latest OS
