Are dishwashers actually worth buying when heavy utensils still need to be washed by hand?

For a small family, I don't think it's necessary. Since I already wash heavy utensils manually, cleaning the remaining dishes doesn't take much extra time. I'd rather spend that money somewhere else.

I still wash my pressure cooker and iron kadhai by hand, but my dishwasher handles plates, bowls, glasses, and daily utensils. It saves me a lot of time after dinner, so I still think it's worth buying.
