Any android one phones becoz they are best optimized for the hardware and really don't lag and doesn't overheat
Also at 8.5K u can get zenfone 5 lite which is basically zenfone 5 but with downgraded resolution and 1gb ram compared to 720p display and 2gb ram of the original zenfone 5
Don't go for redmi 1s

But if u can extend ur budget upto 7.5K u can have lumia 630 single sim which has a awesome primary camera but no flash also win 8,1 g8 battery life

Yu is 5.5 inch. As per ur specification ,it is difficult to suggest u a phone below 8k.
