Which tablet under Rs. 25,000 would you recommend for college students?

I mainly need it for PDFs, notes, online classes and some entertainment. I don't need something very powerful.

I would look at the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 . It's good for notes, videos and everyday college work without stretching the budget.
