What is the best device capable of converting Handwritten notes into Text File

I need to buy a good devise capable of converting my handwritten notes both English as well as Marathi in-to Text files.This is to save me the expenses on getting my notes typed out. I have to write down voluminous handwritten notes. But I am not good at typewriting. Hence I am in need of this devise. Please advise me.

I believe a Samsung Note 4 or Samsung Tablet should help you. use the stylus to write down on your tablet or phablet.
If you want to convert your handwriting into text, your phablet and you will have to undergo a short training period where you will have to learn to write more legibly and your phablet will have to learn your unique handwriting movements.
After this, I suppose you will be a very satisfied person.
