What is the best CCTV software/tool in the market?

Hi,

My grandmother lives alone with caretakers coming in at different points in the day/night. I live in UK with my family and would like to invest in a CCTV kit that lets me monitor what's happening in the house in India from UK through a web/app portal. What would you suggest?
