What do you think of laptops with detachable screens that can also be used as tablets?

These devices try to offer the best of both worlds. Do you think they are actually useful or just an expensive option?

I do not find them very practical. I would rather have a normal laptop and a separate tablet.

I think they are useful for work because you can use them as a laptop and tablet when needed.
