Want a good phone under 25K with dual sim, good sound and camera

i want to buy phone under 25 K which have good camera and sound also dual sim
should i go for htc 826 as its dot view also look cool

You can go for Asus Zenfone 2 19k model 4G enabled, Nexus 5, google phone around 22K, samsung S5 for 24K water proof and good after sales. Iphone 5C, One Plus one is also OK.

Nothing beats the One Plus One at this price range.
Also Moto X(2nd Gen) is an awesome option at 22k.
But, you won't get dual sim phone on these phone.
For dual sim you could go for a variant of Asus Zenfone 2.
Don't go for HTC 826. It's not worth the price
