URGENTLY NEED TO FIND A GOOD PHONE UNDER 20k PLZ HELP!

I am Buying the phone for my dad.
1. Budget is 20k
2. Need good camera and atleast a days battery at minimum.
3. Ruled out XIAOMI AND ONE PLUS PHONES due to lack of service centers(in raipur).
4. Need STABLE PERFORMANCE and EASE OF USE.
5. PHONE SIZE SHOULD NOT BE LARGE.(Hence looking for phones till 5 inches)
6. GOOD SERVICE SUPPORT.
7. RAM GREATER THAN 1 GB.
8. zeroed in on SAMSUNG GALAXY S4 BUT I DNT KNW IF ITS GOOD BUY.
PLZ ADVICE ON MY CURRENT CHOICE AND ANY OTHER OPTIONS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME!!!.

Extend your budget to 22k and get yourself an awesome Moto X(2nd Gen). Zenfone 2 is a great buy too if you can make do with a larger phone
