Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra vs iPhone 17 Pro Max — Which one is more ergonomic?

This year the tech world has moved away from a metal phase. With the release of Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra and iPhone 17 Pro Max, both of the flagship phones are remarkably comfortable to hold. But comparing both the phones, I wonder if the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra is lighter?

The S26 Ultra is notably lighter at 214g compared to the iPhone 17 Pro Max at approx. 233g. However, still numbers tell half of the story. While testing their pocketability, Samsung wins for me. Samsung’s design is slightly thinner, making it much more ergonomic for one-handed use during longer commutes.
