If gaming and similar stuff are your priority, and you want a better big-screen experience, then the S25 is the better choice.
I would still choose the newer phone. Better long-term software support matters to me
If a compact setup and easy portability are your priority, then the S26 is a good choice- at least for me. I have a habit of keeping my phone in my hand, so bigger phones start feeling too heavy.
At similar prices, I'd probably take the Ultra for the extra S Pen
