Our old fridge is finally giving up, and I have kept around Rs.35,000 aside for the replacement.

I want something spacious enough for regular family use but do not really need fancy features that increase the price without much use.

Around Rs.30,000- Rs.35,000, you can look at models from LG, Samsung, Whirlpool and Godrej. Capacity and cooling type should be your main priorities.
