My phone battery is fine in the morning but drops quickly whenever I travel and use maps.

I normally get through the day easily, but navigation, camera and mobile data seem to drain it much faster.

That is pretty normal. I use a power bank when travelling, and keeping the screen brightness and location settings under control also helps.
