Laptop/desktop for photo editing

Don't know if you like this. But it's convenient and fast for me. EXIF tag remover is good for adding any photo effect. Oh, it's a windows photo edit software.

Hi, why do you need a laptop for photo editing? Any PC without any photo software are not able to do it. It just come to my mind that photo software supports photo editing.
Question will become how much you'd like to edit the photo/photos? From nothing to draw, or from a draft to modify little?

If you want to create the photo from nothing, I suggest you to use photoshop or gimp.
And if you just want to modify photos a bit but with tons of repeated modifications, then a nice idea can be with photo signature application, or other similar apps.
