How can I make sure Google does not keep a permanent record of my conversations with Gemini?

There are times when I have random thoughts in the middle of the night (like 2 am), and I share these thoughts with Gemini. However, I am beginning to realise that there could be a lot of records of these random thoughts being stored somewhere. I want to know if they will just stay in my account forever. What do you think I should do?
