EU regulators order Meta to allow rival AI chatbots free access to WhatsApp

On Tuesday, the EU ordered Meta to open WhatsApp to third-party AI chatbots. I think it is going to improve the competition in the market, which is highly focused on growing AI.

This was needed. Meta AI is currently the only chatbot you can access on WhatsApp, so opening it to third-party assistants could be just the thing we need.
